* I want everyone to be happy with the pieces they purchase from me. Please contact me directly if there is any problem with your purchases, so that I can make your shopping experience a happy one. There is always a way to work things out.

* Custom orders are always welcome! I love doing custom work and have been making beautiful creations for people for over 10 years.
New customers that would like custom work~ I require a 15% non refundable deposit on our agreed upon base price before I start work on your piece. This deposit applies to any piece over $70.00.

* Been eyeing something in my shop but someone beat you to it? As long as I have the supplies I'll make another similar but never exactly the same just for you.

* I want to make sure that my customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.

* Wholesale inquiries welcome. Sorry, no consignment deals.
